2008 Labor / Management Dispute Update Training Seminar

The California Association of Labor Relations Officers presents:
“Three day Labor/Management Dispute Training Seminar for 2008.”

ATTENDEES WILL RECEIVE:

  • An overview regarding the function of law enforcement when handling labor disputers between organized labor and management.
  • A legal update on current trespass/public access laws applicable in any demonstration to picket line situations.
  • The latest case law in shopping mall access and grocery stores.
  • An overview of upcoming labor disputes that will affect your department.
  • The opportunity to meet other labor officer.
  • The ability to strategize and make new contacts.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Any law enforcement officer, regardless of rank, who would like to know more about labor related issues, including:

  • Labor Relations Officers
  • Police Administrators
  • Patrol Officers
  • Detectives

REGISTRATION FEE  $150.00

Registration fee includes Thursday’s hosted lunch, full breakfast on Friday and a fantastic pool side hospitality room hosted by CALRO.
